As the starting price for the cash of commercial units in Podia Tower is 45,000 EGP/Meter and can reach 110,000 EGP/Meter, and for the administrative and medical units’ price starts from 12,5000 EGP/Meter and up to 29,000 EGP/Meter.

While the starting price for the installments of Retail units in Podia New Capital is 90,000 EGP/Meter and the starting price of medical and administrative units is 25,000 EGP/Meter.

Podia Tower Installments

The developer has provided several payment systems for the customers and investors to choose the suitable installment plan for them and make it easier with the payments, here’s some of the following payment system:

  • The down payment in Podia Tower can start from 8% while the rest of payment can be paid over 6 years in equal installments.
  • 12% can be paid as down payment, and the rest in installments over 7 years equally.
  • The down payment starts from 20% and the rest can reach over 8 years of installments.
  • The 25% is a down payment of Podia Tower’s unit and the installments can be up to 9 years.
  • While the down payment starts from 30% and the rest in equal installments for 10 years.
  • 40% of the down payment of the unit in Podia Mall and the rest of the payment can be in equal installments for 12 years.
